  1. Thank you, Blessings in a Backpack volunteers for last Wed.’s work, especially with the date switch.
  2. Thank you to the 11 Rotarians who helped decorate the bridge for the Holidays, you had a beautiful day to do it.
  3. Our Salvation Army Bell Ringing Service Project is scheduled for Dec. 10th, Griffin has a sign-up sheet.
  4. Our Holiday Party will be Dec. 14th at the new location for Phoenix St. Café, now the closed Congregation restaurant on Broadway.
  5. Dec. 20th will be our evening to serve a Community Dinner at the United Methodist Church.  Details to come on number needed, timing, etc.
  6. Please see the slate for the 2023 – 2024 Club board of directors on the screen.  We will vote on this slate next month during our Club Assembly which will be either Dec. 6th or Dec. 20th.  Stay tuned for the date.  Please thank the members of the Club who have stepped up to leadership roles to keep our organization strong and relevant to our community.
  7. We have a Spotlight Speaker today, our first in a very long time.  Jeff Bopp, Director of Bands for the South Haven High School is here to provide an overview of their special spring trip planning.
 
Bob Copping pointed out that Mary Sue Lyon occupied 1/3 of all of the pages of the South Haven Tribune!  Mary Sue was pre pared for the fine!
 
 
Comedy Relief
Bob told us about Man having a conversation with God regarding a Million Years for God is a second in time.  A Million Dollars to God is a penny.  The man asked God for a penny and God said: “Just a second” 😊

  • Spring Break 2023, 100 Students have been invited to Universal Studios in Orlando FL
  • 25 Chaperones
  • Marching Band will be in the parade
  • Orchestra will be in concert
  • 24 hr. bus ride
  • $1500 per student to participate
  • Need to raise $23,000 for 11 Students
  • 6 Students need partial Scholarships
  • Any donation is appreciated
  • Donation flyers were left at the meeting
